The commons page states that "any publication of an image of a copyrighted artwork" is "subject to the approval of the copyright holder of the artwork", but I don't know how this applies here. Is this a copyrighted artwork? Who owns the copyright? I feel that it's the equivalent of people putting up mass-produced Christmas decorations in their yard, should these all be forbidden because people have not obtained authorisation from the copyright holder? --Trougnouf (talk) 11:52, 9 August 2018 (UTC)[reply]
