Chrisanthi is a Cypriot actor, performance maker and activist. She graduated with a BA in Drama from Queen Mary University of London during which she undertook a semester abroad at Columbia University in New York. She was the co-founder, rehearsal director and performer for Stage 3, People’s Palace Project’s theatre company at Queen Mary. Stage 3 is an award winning participatory theatre experience that generates discussion about migration, discrimination, and belonging. As a solo artist she often uses juxtaposing movement and text to make work that challenges the ordinary by playing with the extraordinary.
Chrisanthi Livadiotis transforms her family’s diaspora experience and culinary heritage, into performative sites.
