Dimitris, the owner of GReat souvlaki in Clerkenwell (98 Farringdon Rd, EC1R 3EA) shares the story of his restaurant and its dishes with our volunteers and explains how he decided to work in the food industry. He summarises the relationship that Greeks have to food and the hospitality industry in the triptych eat, cook, serve, meaning that Greek people learn how to do these thing well from a very young age, at home.
